All guests must be 21 or older to enter and attend concert.
Re-entry is permitted along with ticket stub.
All concerts are smoke free events.
All seats are general admission.
Seating is limited and may be standing room only.
Accessibility
Handicap accessible seating is available for guests with
disabilities and their companions; including guests with wheelchairs, hearing
and visually impaired, and guests with mobility impairments. Arrangements can
be made by calling 712-329-6499.
Upon request, a Sign Interpreter will be provided. Please contact the venue at
712-329-6499 at least three (3) weeks prior to the show.
Service animals are welcome and request they remain on a leash or harness at
all times. If you are bringing a service animal, please notify the venue at
712-329-6499 so seating can be arranged for you.

Will Call tickets are available for pick-up across from the Gift Shop on day of show beginning three (3) hours prior to the show.

- Illegal Substances of any kind

- Face paint
- Mace/Pepper Spray or any type of chemical spray
- Musical Instruments
- Weapons - of any kind
Our guests' safety and enjoyment are our primary
goals. You may be subject to search at certain events. Should you
arrive with a restricted item in your possession, you will be asked to return
it to your vehicle.
Harrah's Casino reserves the right to
refuse admission to anyone.
Refund Policy
- If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all
refunds will be given the next business day. Service fees are non-refundable.
- All phone and online purchases will be automatically
refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Guests who purchased their tickets at the Gift Shop with a
credit card will also automatically be refunded.
- Guests who purchased tickets with cash at the Gift Shop
must bring their tickets along with their receipt for a refund.
- Guests who received complimentary tickets will NOT receive
a refund.
